Mike’s background includes over 20 years in a C-Suite Executive position in various industries domestically, along with 4 years of international experience with a Fortune 100 company.
With a strong eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Mike has been actively involved with mergers and acquisitions and when the time was right decided to acquire his own company.
As an entrepreneur, he organically grew his company from $2.7M to $22M in a four-year period, realizing EBITDA growth from $400K to $3.1M while increasing the workforce to over 200. This was accomplished through his ability to identify deficiencies and initiate successful solutions to achieve company’s goals while developing high performing teams.
What Mike learned is that building company value is the most crucial measurement of success.
As a member of the BEI Network of Exit Planning Professionals, Mike earned the designation of a BEI Certified Exit Planner, CExP.
